What Sarah Said
Some exciting news from the most unexcited person:
1. ERASERHEADS CONCERT!
Yes, Vincent and I went there. It was my first and last Eraserheads concert. Snap. Isang beses ko lang sila mapapanuod sa buong buhay ko ng live, to think ang mga kanta nila ay ang mga kinalakihan ko. Favorite ko sila super, ever since bata pa ako. I hear their songs on the radio and stuff. But what I knew back then was only the tip of the iceberg. I never experienced any of their album launching, school fair gigs, bar gigs (the intimate ones), music video launching, etc.
SOBRANG SAYANG.
And, to put the cherry on top, on the Final Set, WE DIDN'T HAVE CAMERAS. Apparently DSLRs aren't allowed but some bastards got away with it. Hay. Tapos my point-and-shoot was with my parents in Bohol. Hay. It's all in my head now. I could've taken a video of EVERY SONG THEY PLAYED ON THAT STAGE. Super sayang.
I wish I was a teenager in the 90s. I so freakin miss the 90s! Everything about it. Music, fashion, tv shows, movies, etc. It would've been so cool.
2. Renovation
So lots of pounding and hammering 'cause our kitchen's being torn down. Everything will be rearranged and stuff. Plus, they're adding a barbecue style backyard, since our family's getting bigger in terms of quantity.
3. All mixed up
The heart of Summer (for us, sisters) is already being sold again! Halo-halo. Haha We are their "suki" 'cause every year for the past 8-10 years, we've bought halo-halo nowhere else but there. It's so perfect 'cause no beans, lots of red sago and hot-from-the-oven ube. AAAAHHHHHhhhhhhhhh Saraaaappp.... Pwede pa magpadagdag! O-ha. San ka pa?
4. License
I've been driving without a license for the past 3 days now. I always forget my wallet (since it has no cash in it anyway!). Good thing no MMDAs came my way! I just remember that I forgot my license is when I arrive home and see my wallet on top of the table.
5. KFC
Yesterday, Vincent surprised me by going to our house at around 5pm with a KFC meal on hand. Yipeeee!!! It's been so long since I last ate a KFC chicken. Hmmm nyum nyum :d Then off to gym. HAHAHA! Burn those carbs and fat! Sweat the gravy! HAHA
6. Salary
On Friday, I'll be receiving my salary again. I feel blessed to receive it but I'm so freakin lazy to wooorrrkk!!
Lots of exciting things are happening but damn it, here I am, stoic.
Hay. I'm always in control of myself that I can't even let myself feel giddy and let loose. "Giddy" is an alien word for me. Haha!
"So if you want to call me baby, just go ahead now"
